Attorney Robert Nahoum is a seasoned consumer protection advocate with more than two decades of litigation experience in New York and New Jersey.

His practice focuses on representing consumers against debt collectors, lenders, credit reporting agencies and auto dealers under a variety of federal consumer protection statutes.

He is well versed in consumer protection laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Truth in Lending Act. He is proud to defend consumers in collection actions involving credit cards, medical debt, auto repossessions and other alleged debt.

Robert obtained his graduate degree from the Albany Law School of Union University. He is a strong and effective advocate for consumer protection.
