Mr. Schlanger is the managing partner at Schlanger Law Group, LLP, which focuses on representing victims of false credit reporting and identity theft, as well as the litigation of consumer class actions under federal consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth In Lending Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as well as state laws barring deceptive conduct and false advertising.
Attorney Schlanger graduated Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2004 and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for the Hon. R. Lanier Anderson, III. He entered private practice in 2007. His practice focuses on federal consumer protection litigation, including both individual cases and class actions. He has dedicated his legal career to helping consumers fight back.
