Jason P. Verhagen earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Earth Science from The College at Brockport, State University of New York.

Previously, as Chief Compliance Officer & Associate Attorney at Fulton, Friedman & Gullace, LLP, Jason defended creditors in FDCPA-related litigation and led firm-wide compliance training. His early career included representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings at Jeffrey Freedman Attorneys and serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 20th Judicial District, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases, supervised attorneys, and tried over 40 jury trials as lead counsel.
