Paul K. Tadross, Attorney

Paul Kher Tadross is a dedicated and skilled attorney with a strong background in criminal law, appellate litigation, and policy advocacy. Before joining Schlanger Law Group, Pault served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Paul has litigated and written briefs for over 50 trial and appellate cases, demonstrating his expertise in both criminal and civil law, including election litigation.

Paul is committed to justice reform and racial equity, chairing the Racial Injustice Task Force, where he advocates for policy recommendations to address systemic disparities. His role extends beyond the courtroom, as he actively recruits and mentors new Assistant District Attorneys and conducts Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations on appellate law.

Before joining the DA’s office, Paul worked as an Immigration Caseworker and Constituent Services Representative for the United States Senate, where he collaborated with federal agencies such as the Department of State, USCIS, and the FBI to assist constituents in resolving complex immigration matters. His legal experience also includes clerkships and internships at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Impact for Equity, and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he focused on restorative justice, hate crimes prosecution, and housing justice.

Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he distinguished himself as a finalist in the 2020 North American Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition. He also holds a Master’s in International Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

He is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, with his New York Bar admission pending. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Paul enjoys cooking, photography, traveling, hiking, and community activism in his spare time.
